How to apply

Slovenia has no visa service in Cameroon: it is represented by Spain in Yaoundé and by France in Douala. In Yaoundé, request an appointment by email from the Spanish embassy (emb.yaunde.citvis@maec.es, subject: SCH, with your passport bio page and travel programme), then submit your file IN PERSON. France-Visas, for its part, says the French Consulate General in Douala receives applications for Slovenia. Either way, fingerprints are taken on site.

  • Passport valid 3 months beyond return, 2 blank pages
  • Completed and signed Schengen form
  • Recent colour ID photo, light background
  • Travel medical insurance (€30,000 cover)
  • Flight and hotel bookings + proof of funds (last 3 bank statements, proof of employment)

Good to know

  • •Schengen visa valid across the whole Schengen area
