Spain
Sun, tapas and southern art of living
Spain is the land of fiesta, sun and conviviality, where dinner is late, plazas invite you to linger and every city has its soul. From elegant Madrid to creative Barcelona, by way of Moorish Andalusia, the country offers an incredible diversity of cultures, landscapes and flavours. For a Cameroonian traveller, Spain charms with its human warmth, reasonable prices for Western Europe and a relaxed Latin vibe. Between world-class museums, tapas at all hours and lively nights, a short stay is sure to leave you wanting to return.

The visa, step by step
How to apply
The Spanish embassy in Yaoundé handles applications itself: there is no BLS centre in Cameroon. First prepare a complete file, then request an appointment by email at emb.yaunde.citvis@maec.es: subject = visa code (SCH for a short stay), attach the passport bio page and your travel programme (1 MB max per file, no cloud links). If accepted, pick a slot on the booking platform you are sent, then submit your file IN PERSON. No application is accepted without an appointment.
